Her international career took her from the United Kingdom to Italy before she settled in French-speaking Switzerland, where she spent nearly eight years at deltatre supporting leadership teams during major events (Euro, World Cup). Trilingual (French, English, Italian), she navigates effortlessly across cultures, sectors, and decision-making levels, from multinational corporations to SMEs. The question that drives her: what do we do with the time freed up by AI? Do we reinvest it in what makes us human – reflection, creativity, relationships – or do more, faster, with fewer people? For her, this choice belongs to each organization.

As an architect of innovative learning frameworks, she designed a unique pedagogical model based on the 'professional-to-professional' principle, fostering peer learning and the development of key operational competencies. She led an autonomous activity combining strategic vision, training engineering, and
international partnerships. At the corporate level, conditions for future-building and organizations' capacity for reinvention were developed, including the creation of collective dynamics, the establishment of learning ecosystems, expert mobilization, change management, and talent development. Her collaborative leadership was also demonstrated within the WEM – Women Executives in Media – network, the EBU's Peer-to-Peer Review, and as President of the EBU Pension Fund.

His career includes collaborations with organizations such as Italy's Serie A, German Bundesliga clubs (Borussia Dortmund, Eintracht Frankfurt, Hamburger SV), the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), as well as gaming companies like EA Sports and Activision Blizzard, and international brands such as SAP, BMW, and got2b by Henkel.
André possesses robust expertise in digital adoption, business development, market expansion, and go-to-market strategies, acquired in complex multi-stakeholder environments. As a senior generative AI trainer, he has educated several hundred professionals across various sectors. His pedagogical approach is pragmatic, business-oriented, and results-driven, assisting teams in transitioning from experimentation to concrete AI adoption in their daily work.
Outside his professional activities, André is interested in how technology shapes culture, sports, and consumer behavior.

She collaborates with the Lugano Living Lab for the City of Lugano on projects exploring the integration of emerging technologies — particularly generative AI — within public and organizational contexts. She assists organizations in translating these innovations into concrete strategies, clear governance frameworks, and skill development initiatives, ensuring responsible and controlled adoption. With a background in economics and Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management, Simona combines strategic thinking with a design-led approach. Through education, experimentation, and corporate training, she empowers teams to better understand AI, identify relevant use cases, and cultivate the necessary skills and culture for effective engagement with these technologies. When not engaged in transformation projects or exploring new technologies, Simona enjoys cycling outdoors, testing home gadgets, and playing guitar, bass, or violin during jam sessions with friends.

His background in philosophy, linguistics, and machine learning, complemented by experience in education, marketing, and educational technologies, enables him to grasp the interconnected dynamics of these fields. Currently, his vision centers on innovation, complex problem-solving, and the mastery of strategic information.
