What are Your Five Offering Levels?
● Level 0: Keynote Presentations (1 hr 30 min) to raise awareness among a broad audience or an executive committee.

● Level 2: Interdisciplinary Development (3 hrs) – resolution of three concrete business cases.
● Level 3: New Workflows – process design and AI automations.Level 4: Leadership & Decision-Making (+ 4.1 Data Governance) – AI strategy, decision-making, and governance.
Detailed Offerings
What Does Level 0 – Keynote Presentations Cover?
Two 1 hr 30 min formats, for up to 100 participants: 'Demystifying AI' (general public) and 'AI for Leaders' (decision-makers).
Level 1 – AI Onboarding: What are the Objectives?
Discover the fundamentals, identify delegable tasks, and master the ACTIF prompting method in 3 hours.
Level 2 – Business Needs Workshop: Who is it for?
For teams with foundational AI knowledge (or having completed Level 1); resolution of three priority business cases in 3 hours.
Can multiple levels be combined?
Yes. For example, we can conduct Level 1 + Level 2 consecutively on the same day, or add other modules according to your specific requirements.
Do you offer tailored programs (Level 3+)?
Yes. This includes AI workflow design, project support, and executive coaching (sessions of 2 × 3 hours or more).
Are your services available in multiple languages?
Yes. All our services (keynote presentations and training) are available in French, German, English, and Italian.
Organization & Logistics
What is the standard duration of your sessions?
Training & Workshops: 3 to 6 hours each.
What is the ideal group size?
Training sessions: 5–15 participants. Keynote Presentations: 20–100 participants.
Location and Format?
By default, on-site at the client's premises; remote delivery is possible with prior agreement.
What equipment do you provide?
MacBook Air M3, HDMI or ClickShare connection (or equivalent).
What are the technical requirements for the room?
Projector or screen, internet ≥ 10 Mbps, flip chart, one computer for 2–3 people with an up-to-date web browser and access to AI tools.
Are your services available in multiple languages?
Yes. All our services (keynote presentations and training) are available in French, German, English, and Italian.
Administrative & Financial
What is your cancellation or postponement policy?
- > 14 days before the session: no charge.
- 7 – 14 days: 50% of the price.
- < 7 jours : 100 % du prix.
- Any postponement request made less than 14 days in advance is considered a cancellation.
What are your payment terms?
No advance payment; invoice sent after service delivery, payable according to the terms specified on the invoice.
Are your services subject to VAT?
No, our training courses are exempt from VAT.
Do you offer a guarantee?
We do not offer a 'satisfaction or money-back' guarantee, but we maintain a satisfaction rate exceeding 95%.
Support & Community
What support do you offer post-training?

What is your support response time?

Are you certified?
Yes, we hold the eduQua certification; we are the first AI training agency to obtain it.
How do you manage confidentiality and data protection?
